On the 13th I hosted a Kirtan and a Gong and Singing Bowl Bath with Zoe Mullan-Stout to finish up The Goddess is Back! Retreat.
This wonderful, weekend Woman’s retreat was held at Holistic Horizons at Fiddlehead Grove Healing and Retreat Center at 306 CR 23B West Monroe, New York 13167 near Syracuse. Â I was offered a yummy lunch upon my arrival plus there was Reiki, Massage Therapy and Kundalini Yoga.
After the gong bath, I spontaneously felt called to sing, “We All Come From the Goddess”. Â I had just come from a week long Woman’s Journey with the Hero’s Journey Foundation in the mountains of West Virginia and the song had featured heavily during our week together on the mountain.
How fitting for me then to head straight to a woman’s retreat with a goddess theme?! Â I had no idea Zoe know the song, but she immediately began singing with me in perfect harmony and before long the whole room had joined in. Â I get goosebumps just thinking about it.
Excited to make this piece part of our set list for future kirtans.
