If you have never experienced the healing effects of this most ancient instrument (the gong), then a gong bath is a good place to begin.

The gong is a supportive tool for the manifestation of physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. It can be used for stress reduction, healing and personal transformation.

The program will begin with setting an intention, followed by breathing exercises, gentle movement, and a meditation, followed by an extended period of relaxation while listening to the healing vibrations of the gong.

Participants are invited to bring a yoga mat, blanket, and or pillow. Wear loose comfortable clothing.
