Full Moon Meditation and Gong Bath
Join us for Full Moon and New Moon Kundalini Yoga Meditation and Gong Bath Events this Fall and Winter. Upcoming dates include:

Full Moon: Thursday, Oct. 5 at 7:45 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 2 at 7:45 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 3 at 5 p.m.
If you have never experienced the healing effects of this most ancient instrument, this hour long experience is a good place to start. First, a few exercises will warm up the body, then a Kundalini Yoga Meditation, followed by an extended period of relaxation while listening to the healing vibrations of the gong.

Kundalini Yoga 101
Saturday October the 7th from 10:00am to 1:00pm at Mandala Moon Yoga. Register here. Perfect for anyone new to yoga or Kundalini. Get introduced to the basics. Become stronger. Increase happiness. Bring your questions – there will be an opportunity for a question and answer period before and after you are lead through a typical Kundalini Yoga class.
