Join us for Full Moon and New Moon Kundalini Yoga Meditation and Gong Bath Events this Fall and Winter.  Register here for these upcoming dates:

New Moon:  April 15th from 5:00pm to 6:00pm, May 15th 7:45pm to 8:45pm

Full Moon:  April 29th from 5:00pm to 6:00pm, May 29th 7:45 to 8:45pm

If you have never experienced the healing effects of this most ancient instrument, this hour long experience is a good place to start.  First, we set an intention around the new or full moon, followed by pranayama (breathing exercise to invoke a state of consciousness),  gentle movement, a meditation, followed by an extended period of relaxation while listening to the healing vibrations of the gong.
