If you have never experienced the healing effects of this most ancient instrument, this hour long experience is a good place to start.  First, we set an intention around the new or full moon, followed by pranayama (breathing exercise to invoke a state of consciousness),  gentle movement, a meditation, followed by an extended period of relaxation while listening to the healing vibrations of the gong.
