In 90 minutes, you’ll gain an understanding of how “Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan” is different from other styles of yoga and you’ll learn what to expect in a typical class. Then, you’ll begin to experience its transformative effects when you are led through a short practice of chanting, breathing exercises, an exercise set, relaxation and meditation.
