During this 90-minute experience you’ll practice a deep meditation before relaxing and opening your mind, body and spirit to the healing vibrations of the gongs and other vibrational instruments. You’ll leave feeling aligned, open to possibility, and deeply at peace.

During a gong meditation, participants are immersed in a symphony of resonant tones and vibrations, which can help induce a state of profound relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote mental clarity. The complex and harmonious soundscapes created by the gongs are believed to facilitate a natural healing process, aiding in the release of physical and emotional tension, while also encouraging a heightened sense of introspection and mindfulness. Participants can expect to be seated and lying down during the event according to each person’s comfort level. Wear clothes that allow the body to rest comfortably, bring any props you may need and a water bottle.
