Kundalini Yoga Series – Balancing The Self
You may think you only have one body, but Kundalini Yoga teaches us that we have ten. During this five-week series, we will explore the first 5 of the ten bodies that make up ‘the self’ – the Soul, Three Aspects of Mind and the Physical Body.
You will learn how to maintain balance within yourself and your relationships with others through yogic breathing practices, physical exercises, mantra, meditations and relaxation with the gong.
