Every year in June for the last 49 years The Kundalini Yoga community has gathered to celebrate the Summer Solstice.  This was my first time at Summer Solstice held at the incredibly beautiful Ram Das Puri near Espanola, New Mexico and I have to say it was SO challenging – the climate, the terrain, sleeping in a tent, NO hot water, the lack of sleep, and so on – but SO SO SO worth it.
