Spring into spring with a special Equinox Kundalini Yoga workshop. We will practice breathwork, meditation and an extended Gong to find balance in our mind, body and spirit. There will also be several breaks for community and snacks.
First we will settle into the space. Then you’ll then be led through a kriya, or sequence of exercises, designed to create balance. This deep work will allow us to release the burdens of the past and move forward with increased awareness. Next relax and allow the practices to integrate with an extended period of the Gong followed by meditation. The Kriya, breathwork, chanting, Gong, relaxation, fantastic community, and meditation will set you up to move forward into the new season with a renewed sense of joy.
