Sat Naam Soul Family!
As you know, chanting events are a wonderful way to come together as a community while we experience the creative flow of the divine and open our hearts.
Here’s three chanting events in May that will give us an opportunity to do just that.
Pre-Movie Kirtan:6:00pm on Thursday May the 3rd at Auburn Public Theater
Damodar Das who offers weekly Kirtan in Ithaca and myself will provide 30 minutes of free Kirtan before the showing of the film, Mantra: Sound into Silence at Auburn Public Theater. I’m so excited to be seeing this movie but also to be able to offer people a taste of the benefits of this beautiful practice. Tickets for the whole evening are only $10. Get yours here.
Chant Church:9:00am – 10:00am First Sunday of each month at Mandala Moon Yoga in Marcellus. 6th May, 3rd June
Join me for a NEW ongoing monthly opportunity to chant sacred mantra. Start your week connecting to peace and experiencing bliss. This event is free but donations will be accepted. No need to register. See you there.
Kirtan, Gong Bath and Vegetarian Pot Luck: 5:30 – 7:30. Sunday May 20th at Mandala Moon Yoga at 4303 Slate Hill Road Camillus, New York
I’m so blessed to have Zoe Mullan-Stout accompany me on guitar for this beautiful event of Kirtan, Gong Bath and optional vegetarian pot luck. Singing with Zoe feels truly magical and then we have an opportunity to surrender to the vibration of the gong and share an optional veggie potluck and time of connection after. This event is also free but donations are accepted. We appreciate registrations (click the link above) and it’s helpful for us to know about how many we can expect.
Kundalini Yoga Class:Weekly on Tuesday nights at 6:00pm at Mandala Moon Yoga in Marcellus.
Full and New Moon Gong Bath:Check the Mandala Moon Schedule to register for these opportunities for setting intentions of expansion around the new and full moon. Bathe in the sound of the gong. Relax. Let go. The next event is tomorrow, Sunday the 29th of April. Register here.
See you soon!
